Sehr gut
Wunderschöne und abgelegene Lage in der Natur, atemberaubender Meerblick, traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Neue Liegen und Auflagen. Das Servicepersonal war immer zuvorkommend, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das Essen im Poolrestaurant und im Restaurant Eden war gut und der Blick/die Atmosphäre einmalig.
Für ein Hotel in dieser Lage, waren mir zu viele Kinder anwesend. Ich hätte mich gerne entspannt, aber mindestens 8 Kinder rannten durch die Liegen, sprangen ständig in den Pool und der Geräuschpegel war auch dementsprechend. Die Area um den Kinderpool wurde leider nicht sehr gepflegt und es wurden auch keine Handtücher ausgelegt. Es wirkte nicht besonders einladend, was zur Folge hatte, dass dort niemand lag.. Bei den hohen Übernachtungspreisen wäre es schön, wenn man den Cascadas Pool wenigstens 1 Std pro Aufenthalt umsonst nutzen könnte. Hier wird ein Extra-Eintritt verlangt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, der Blick traumhaft, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht komplett renoviert sind. Die Ausstattung passt meiner Meinung nach nicht zum Übernachtungspreis. (Neue, grosse Kleiderschränke und Safe sind vorhanden. Aber alte Deckenspots, Amarturen etc wurden nicht erneuert.)

„Super Hotel! Leider mit wenig Schatten.
Tolle Lage, Atemberaubender Blick - auch im Dinner Restaurant, Super großer und teils schön tiefer Pool, Super "Floaties" im Pool. Gute Auswahl an Speisen beim Frühstück und Dinner. Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal. Gutes Gym.
Es gibt fast keine Liegen mit gutem Schatten. 99% aller Liegen haben nur ein Tarnnetz als Schattenspender durch das sehr viel direktes Sonnenlicht durchkommt. Auf den runden Liegen kann man zwar eine Haube hochziehen, die aber maximal dem Oberkörper Schatten spendet. Lediglich 2 kleine Sofas und 3 Sessel bieten guten Schutz vor der Sonne. Es gibt kein Frühstücksbuffet, sondern man bestellt alles. Leider mussten wir länger warten bis die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde - und dann muss man noch warten bis alles serviert wird. Ein Buffet wäre deutlich schneller und individueller. Aber das Frühstück war lecker und mit guter Auswahl.
